Dr. Brian Guo applies information technology to enhance construction project performance, focusing on safety, progress monitoring, human-machine collaboration, and sustainability. As a member of the Department Leadership Team and Director of Postgraduate Research, he plays a key role in advancing education and research.
Dr. Guo has secured research funding from the Royal Society of New Zealand and BRANZ. He serves on the editorial boards of Scientific Reports and Engineering Results, and reviews for the Hong Kong General Research Fund. As Vice-Chairman of BIM Education New Zealand (BENZ), he is committed to promoting BIM and digital construction technologies in tertiary education.

Deputy Head of Academic Affairs and Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Chulalongkorn University
Assoc. Prof. Charinee Limsawasd specializes in infrastructure and asset management, green procurement, sustainable construction, and optimization modeling. She has published extensively in top-ranked journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Transport Policy, and ASCE’s Journal of Construction Engineering and Management.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Damrongsak Rinchumphu specializes in digital technologies for resilient urban infrastructure, focusing on Building Information Technology (BIM), machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), digital twins (DT), and water-sensitive urban design (WSUD). He directs the Frontier Research in Urban Intelligence group at CMU, advancing smart urban management and disaster prediction.
With a Ph.D. from Queensland University of Technology, Dr. Rinchumphu has held academic roles at Thammasat University and CMU, where he was promoted to associate professor in 2021. His work bridges cutting-edge research with practical applications in urban development and construction management.

Secretary General, National Council for Building Technical Regulations
Dr. MOM Mony is a prominent expert in civil and industrial building structures, structural condition assessment, and BIM technology. He serves as Secretary General for Cambodia’s National Council for Building Technical Regulations and Co-Founder of the Cambodian Society of Civil Engineers.
With a PhD in Civil Engineering (BIM) from National Taiwan University and advanced degrees from Charles Sturt University and the Asian Institute of Technology, Dr. Mony has contributed as an advisor, instructor, and consultant in multiple international roles. His career emphasizes advancing civil infrastructure and promoting technical excellence in Cambodia’s engineering community.

Rahimi A. Rahman
Associate Professor, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA)
Dr. Rahimi is an Associate Professor in Construction Project Management and the Deputy Director of the Innovation and Commercialization Management Center at UMPSA. With a Ph.D. from Arizona State University, his expertise includes BIM, digital twins, and sustainable construction. He has contributed to national projects such as developing BIM guidelines and technical roadmaps for Malaysia’s infrastructure development. Dr. Rahimi is also actively engaged in interdisciplinary research and collaborations with institutions worldwide.

ROS Vatanak specializes in civil and industrial building structures and the structural condition assessment of existing structures. He is the Head of Design & Project Management at CSES Phnom Penh and serves as the Secretary General of the Cambodian Society of Civil Engineers.
Vatanak holds a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering, majoring in Structural Design and Materials, from the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (2024) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Norton University (2020).

Dr. Yang specializes in construction informatics and automation, with over 80 publications and 1,900+ citations in leading journals and conferences. He has secured 16 research grants and received international recognition, including the Young Scientist Award (2023) and Best Paper Award (CIB World Building Congress 2022).
As President of BIM Education New Zealand (BENZ), Dr. Yang actively advances BIM and digital construction education. He is an Assistant Editor of Construction Innovation, a Board Member of AGCEI, and serves as Area Chair for ISARC (2023–2025). His work impacts industry practices and public policies globally.
